5 Gobhi curry recipes for lunch..


Here are five different gobhi (cauliflower) curry recipes you can try for lunch:

1:Aloo Gobi Curry:

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower florets (Gobhi)
  • Potatoes (Aloo)
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Green chilies, chopped
  • Cumin seeds
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

1:Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
2:Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3:Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook until the raw smell goes away.
4:Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
5:Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt; mix well.
6:Add cauliflower florets and potato cubes; stir to coat with the spices.
7:Add a little water, cover, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
8:Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

2:Gobhi Masala:

Ingredients:

  •Cauliflower florets (Gobhi)
  •Onions, finely chopped
  •Tomatoes, finely chopped
  •Ginger-garlic paste
  •Green peas (optional)
  •Cumin seeds
  •Turmeric powder
  •Red chili powder
  •Coriander powder
  •Garam masala
  •Salt to taste
  •Oil
  •Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1:Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them crackle.
2:Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden.
3:Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
4:Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
5:Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt; mix well.
6:Add cauliflower florets and green peas (if using); mix to coat with the masala.
7:Cover and cook on low heat until the cauliflower is tender.
8:Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.


3:Gobhi Matar curry:

Ingredients: 

  •Cauliflower florets (Gobhi)
  •Green peas (Matar)
  •Onion, finely chopped
  •Tomatoes, pureed
  •Ginger-garlic paste
  •Cumin seeds
  •Turmeric powder
  •Coriander powder
  •Red chili powder
  •Garam masala
  •Salt to taste
  •Oil
  •Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions: 

1:Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and allow them to splutter.
2:Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3:Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes away.
4:Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
5:Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt; mix well.
6:Add cauliflower florets and green peas; mix to coat with the masala.
7:Add a little water, cover, and cook until the vegetables are done.
8:Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.


4:Gobhi Do payaza:

Ingredients:

  •Cauliflower florets (Gobhi)
  •Onions, thinly sliced
  •Tomatoes, chopped
  •Ginger-garlic paste
  •Green chilies, chopped
  •Cumin seeds
  •Turmeric powder
  •Coriander powder
  •Red chili powder
  •Garam masala
  •Salt to taste
  •Oil
 •Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

2:Add half of the sliced onions and sauté until golden.
3:Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; cook until the raw smell disappears.

  •Cauliflower florets (Gobhi)
  •Spinach (Palak), blanched and pureed
  •Onion, finely chopped
  •Tomatoes, pureed
  •Ginger-garlic paste
  •Green chilies, chopped
  •Cumin seeds
  •Turmeric powder
  •Coriander powder
  •Red chili powder
 •Garam masala
  •Salt to taste
  •Oil
  •Fresh cream (optional) for garnish
